I have been in private practice since May 1980 and have represented primarily employees in negotiations involving severance packages, executive compensation and deferred compensation. My practice also covers ERISA litigation, public sector pensions and benefits claims and litigation, whistleblower cases, federal and state discrimination litigation, including workplace harassment, and other common law labor matters.
